A pick list that doesn’t miss a thing
Summa Picklist turns WooCommerce orders into printable sheets for your warehouse: one page per order, with the carrier, cash on delivery, double packs and everything else that mustn’t be overlooked in large type.
Fewer wrong parcels, faster picking
A few clicks from the order list, and your picker is holding everything needed to pack the order.
One sheet per order
Large order number, tick-off lines, the customer’s note in a box, and “Picked by” and “Checked by” signature lines. Prices can be hidden with one switch.
The carrier at a glance
Carrier and delivery method in large type at the top right, with the name and address for pickup points. Black text on white, to save ink.
Your own warnings
Simple rules print anything you need on the sheet, by product, category, product name, shipping or payment method. The cash-on-delivery amount and first orders stand out automatically.
Double packs
Recognises double packs and bundles and shows the real quantity: “Pick: 4 pcs (2 packs × 2)”. WPC Smart Bundle contents are listed under the parent line.
See what’s been printed
A counter in the admin menu, a “Not printed” filter, a dedicated column and a sidebar box on the order. The mark doesn’t change the order’s status.
No external dependencies
Printing runs from the browser and can be saved as PDF. You can add a summary sheet at the front, and group orders by shipping method.
One sheet with everything on it
You decide on the warnings, one condition and its text per line:

- By shipping and payment method, for the whole order
- Reprint without changing the marks, if a sheet goes missing

Three steps to printing
Select the orders
Use a bulk action in the order list, or the Pick list page, where the orders not printed yet are waiting.
Generate the list
The sheets are created, the print dialog opens, and the orders get a “printed” mark.
Pick and check
Your picker ticks off the lines and signs the sheet, and the mark shows which orders come next.
