Earning and redeeming, with no manual work

Points come from WooCommerce orders, and redemption uses a regular WooCommerce coupon.

Automatic earning

Points are credited when an order becomes processing or completed, once per order. You set the rate, and the default is 10 points per 1,000 Ft.

Customers enter how many points to redeem and instantly get a single-use coupon. It’s tied to their email address and valid for 6 months.

Visible while shopping

The cart shows the points the order will earn and the current balance, the thank-you page shows the points earned, and the order list gets a points column.

See in one place how many customers have points, the total points and what they’re worth in coupons. Search by name or email, and edit any row.

Give any registered customer points as compensation or a gift. The reason you enter also appears in their points history.

Frequently asked questions

The gross value of the products, without shipping and other fees. The part paid with a loyalty coupon earns no points, but discounts from other coupons aren’t deducted from the calculation.
By default 1 point is worth a 1 Ft discount, so 10 points per 1,000 Ft works out as 1% back. Both rates can be changed in the settings.
The balance doesn’t expire. A coupon made from points is valid for 6 months from redemption.
The plugin doesn’t take back points already credited automatically. In that case you can adjust the balance by hand on the customer’s row in the admin.
No, only registered customers earn points, because the balance belongs to the account.
Yes, from a CSV file (name, email, points). The import sets registered customers’ balances to the value in the file, and reports unknown email addresses as errors.
WordPress 5.8, WooCommerce 5.0 and PHP 7.4 or newer. The interface is in Hungarian, and rates and amounts are handled in forints, so it suits Hungarian stores today.
